Victor Nguyen

I’m a bilingual clinical psychologist, fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with a Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the U.S., I’ve worked with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds through telehealth setting. My focus areas include working with adolescents, and adults who struggle with self-esteem, peer pressure, depression, and anxiety, as well as those experiencing relationship dissatisfaction, emotional distress, or difficulty navigating major life transitions. I also do couple therapy by requests, and I am an advocate who support people in the LGBTQ+ community. experience in telephone counseling, following a structured in-take session, as well as assessing emotional aid for Vietnamese and international clients through EAP Program. My approach is grounded in talk therapy, with a strong emphasis on integrative approach, patience, cultural understanding, and solution-focused strategies tailored to what works best for each client.
