"As a counselling psychologist, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Intellectual Disability (ID), as well as adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. With a Master's degree and extensive experience in multiple evidence-based therapies, I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I focus on providing compassionate, non-judgmental support to help individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.
