Earned a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. Also, supervised an educational session for the disabled and blind student community at the British Council as a volunteer from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, As a mental health counselor under the supervision of Professor Dr. Taung Kyi (Psychologist), aiding the professor by conducting clients in social welfare organizations who were young ladies under the age of 18. As someone who understands the value of mental and emotional health, it has always been my biggest dream to be able to use my skills and expertise to help individuals who are coping with mental health issues manage with unpleasant emotions and difficult life events. In addition, I've worked closely with young adults from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds who were dealing with a variety of complex emotions and challenging life circumstances. Domestic violence, abuse (physical, verbal, and emotional), stress, sleeping difficulties, regular nightmares, fear of the dark, anger management issues, anxiety, depression, body image issues, bullying, and aggressive behaviors are just a few examples. Not only has this experience allowed me to advance in my studies as an MS (Counseling Psychology) candidate at Assumption University, but it has also allowed me to personally experience the genuine meaning of empathy and compassion, which has fueled my desire to serve others even more. She is also pursuing certificates from Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care, Psychological First Aid, and Maternal and Child Health Care Nutrition from Learn, Save the Children, and LIFT.
